The Joint Stock Company “Production Association Electrochemical Plant” (ECP), located in Zelenogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Region, Russia, is a uranium-enrichment enterprise of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom.” A world leader in uranium enrichment for nuclear power plant fuel assemblies, ECP also produces 95 stable and radioactive isotopes and is one of the largest commercial isotope producers in the world.

Huayi Isotopes Company (HIC) is a subsidiary of Huayi Chemicals Company, Ltd., and is a specialty manufacturer of stable isotopes and biochemical compounds used in the synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals for molecular imaging. Located in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, China, HIC offers products and services to the nuclear medicine and biochemistry communities in a wide range of fields.

The MAYAK Production Association (MAYAK), located in Ozersk, Chelyabinsk, Russia, has been in operation since 1948. In addition to a successful nuclear production process that includes both radioisotopes and isotope sources, MAYAK has worked to develop the reprocessing of spent fuel from nuclear power plants, submarines and icebreakers.  Defense conversion production efforts at MAYAK also include electronics, fiber optics, tools and engines, TV tubes and sets.

Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant (NCCP) is a division of Russia’s TVEL Fuel Company and one of the State Atomic Energy Corporation’s largest manufacturers of nuclear fuel for power and research reactors. It is the country’s only manufacturer of lithium and its compounds, producing fuel assemblies for about 6 percent of the nuclear power reactors worldwide.

Joint Stock Company Siberian Chemical Combine (SCC) is an enterprise of the Russian State Corporation “Rosatom.” At SCC’s industrial core are four plants handling nuclear materials and providing the following specialties:  isotope separation, sublimation, fuel reprocessing, chemicals and metallurgy, and thermoelectrics. SCC is located in Seversk, Tomsk Region, Russia.

SRICI hosts the Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Stable Isotopes as well as the world's largest Nitrogen-15 separation facility and China’s first Oxygen-18 distillation plant.
